What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You can cancel without additional charge up to 2 weeks prior. If you cancel after that, we will hold a 50% fee. In the case of a 24 hours cancellation, we will hold full payment.
How long will the final video be?
How long do you want the final video? Do you want one video from the ceremony and one from the celebration? Or do you want to mix videos from both parts of the wedding? We can meet all your needs!

Will the videographer have an assistant at the wedding?
The availability of an assistant depends on the type, length of the wedding, and the moments we need to capture. For example: Do you want us to capture the vows of the bride and the groom from one camera or from two from different angles. That’s really important to be in different places at the same time, so we will capture as much as we can.
Do you have backup equipment in case of gear failure?
Yes, in case of equipment failure, I have backups. Normally we have two or more cameras during the event, extra lighting, and batteries with chargers. Also we always immediately back up every moment we capture.
How is the final film delivered? Is the final film accessible online or as a download?
We can send you a private link on YouTube that you can share with your friends and family but will not be posted for the public. We can also send you a downloadable link if you’d like to download the high-quality resolution version.
Can I make changes to the film once you’ve seen it for the first time?
Yes. We can add any changes you want. For us, your personal satisfaction and the final result is the most important factor. Feel free to talk to us as if you’re part of the team.
